Default Televideo TS802 Boot Disk- Looking for

I am trying to get my Televideo TS802 up and running. I am having a hard time finding disk images. Both Retroarchive and Dave Dunfield's websites are down for some reason. I have a setup to create the floppies from image, but no image. My setup is a Zenith Z-386 desktop with an Adaptec 1522A SCSI controller with floppy support.
I did find a 802_CPM .zip file, but it isn't an image. It contains 3 files:

    park32h.com
    cpm61.com
    802sys.com

The floppy drives in the TS802 are Tandon TM100-2A DS/DD drives. How would I proceed in making a bootable floppy given only these 3 files?

I don't think these are sufficient to get you there.

If you want, I think I've got a couple of 802H boot floppies and can make an image for you.

    PM me if you're stuck.

    That would be great!

    Thanks!
