Default Success with an IBM 5150 and a Video Seven V-RAM VGA ISA card

I managed to get a Video Seven V-RAM VGA ISA card (nominally 16-bit) working with an IBM 5150 motherboard. The secret sauce was dipswitch settings that forced it to 8-bit mode:

OFF OFF OFF OFF ON OFF OFF ON

I found details about the settings here: http://panam.gateway.com/s/vidcard/V...00000005.shtml

And kudos to the maintainer(s) of http://www.minuszerodegrees.net Quite the wealth of information!

Thanks for the contribution. I have added the card to the list at [here].

That web site had some related pages. I put them together and placed the result at [here].
