Pascal, i have a spare Video Genie Cassette unit with one fault, guess?

Yes the cassette latch is broken...
this is due to a very small weak plastic hook, i know i can engineer a solution let me have a good look.

    Thank you again

A TRS-80 Model I clone. Well, highly compatible, but it had a few hardware differences.

It is possible to modify the computer so the Cassette #1 is ported to the external connector. This is useful if the inbuilt cassette player/recorder is broken. See

    Bonsoir,
Here is the "PCB" and the diagram of the naked card, without any modifications (if I have not made mistakes)
The signals "MUX" and "CAS" would pass in pins 13 and 33 !!!! These pins are not connected in the VG and are therefore subject to straps !!! But where are these straps plugged into the VG?
I will now make the schema with the modifications
    A+
    Pascal
