    Yep, sure looks like it. The reference-designators for the jumpers J5-J9 are reversed and the chip next to the TAG Ram looks different, but otherwise I'd say it's a match.

    The vias for the Co-Pro socket (OP's photo) appear that it would have been designed to take a Weitek (or maybe a 80487), assuming the correct socket and other supporting hardware would have been there. PCchips MoBo's often (deservedly so) get a bad rap, but I've got one that seems pretty decent.
