    Stone, there are some that are molded into the connector, just like the IDE and floppy cables with "blank pins" molded in (I've had to drill a couple of those out to get them to fit). But yours is what seems to be a generic AMP connector with added key.

    The ribbon cable you are looking for can be purchased new at Digikey.

    The high density connection on the Corvette board was used on RS/6000 machines. This has been discussed before. When looking on *_Bay, always look for an auction with clear pictures of the connectors on both ends.
