    How is this done, with the EEPROM burning software? Or some sort of voodoo with the copy /b+ command?

    Well I don't know what EEPROM software you use. I build all my images with a hex editor. But since the floppy BIOS is exactly 8192 bytes, you can just append the IDE BIOS directly with copy /b.

    Huh? Your ESP on the fritz again? The programmer I have uses the minipro v6.6 software, which may or may not be meaningless to you...
