    Default New toyz!

UPS man just dropped off the newest (in more ways than one--1989) addition to my collection. It's a Cambridge Computer Z88, kinda like the Brittish version of the TRS-80 Model 100 (only better). It's half the size and weight of the Mod100, and has more built-in software, lots more memory, additional features, etc. Kinda like a smarter WP-2 word processor. Wasn't s'posed to be working, but I popped in the batteries, adjusted the contrast, and it's been working fine ever since. Hmmmm...go figger...

    That's great!

I got a Pet 8032 once that was "guaranteed broken" but once plugged in it hasn't skipped a beat.
