So I have finally gotten an original OSI backplane. It's not the one I wanted (it's a 580 rather than 480), but it's original and that was what mattered. I have a 500 CPU card and 440 (? I think) video card, along with keyboard. I'm wondering about power though.. I believe it requires 8V in. I've never had a PSU that puts out 8V... wondering what I should do there? Any recommendations?

You need +5V, +12V, and -9V. You can easily obtain this with a modern triple voltage supply, and a -9V regulator on the -12V rail.
