I'll be very brief - if somebody owns a piece of property and they decide to sell it, they set the price. What you think of the price is generally irrelevant.

We've had too many occasions here where people on this forum get indignant about what somebody else wants to sell their personal property for. A line was crossed recently where a semi-abusive message was sent using the private message system. While it was in private, it was still inappropriate, and the target of the message rightly flagged it for the moderators to review.

Discussion here in public and on our private message system needs to be civil. If you don't like somebody's pricing, well, there really is not much you can do about it. I would suggest keeping your opinions on pricing matters to yourselves.
