I was lucky enough to be able to travel to the Atlanta area and spend two days at VCF SE. I had a great place to crash at night, I was well fed, and I was chauffeured around - it would be hard to ask for a better weekend.

Some of my favorite parts of the show:

  • The IBM 519 reproducing punch; Ed was working on it and I spent quite a bit of time looking it over while he explained the mechanisms.
  • Michael Tomczyk of Commodore Vic 20 fame.
  • The 50 year old hand-built tic-tac-toe science fair machine.
  • Consignment ... wow, what a hoard!
  • The recreation of the Apollo DSKY (display/keyboard) (https://opendsky.com/)
  • The Asteroids cocktail table
  • A wonderful Texas Instruments 99/4a exhibit.
  • The lonely PCjr at the Tandy table.

I have a vast pile of pictures - here are a few: https://photos.app.goo.gl/yuvHZzXSC6oYTCwr8
