Default Another C218 (not D) revive.

    Dear All,
I had a very "sad" situation with a beautiful C128, as you can see in the following picture:

I would say... very sad... today I finished changing all the chips:

I removed the old chips, welded the sockets and mounted new old chips... many possibilities that the motherborad is going to blow when I will test!
Please cross the fingers for me!

I have tested the C128 and the results is not so good... first of all I had issues on PLA and the 2 CIAs...
According to a suggestion I received on another thread for a C128D, I swapped the two CIAs and now everything is ok in C128 mode. Even the PLA now is ok without even touching it!
But I receive errors in C64 mode! Again on the two CIAs... sometimes one of the two is good some others both are bad!
Please refer to the following pictures:

I have no way to test the user port with a printer or modem so I have to trust the checking tool.
Is it normal? It could be that the C128 is not completely compatible in C64 mode with a C64 test tool...
