I'm starting this at $1. I have no idea if anyone wants it. It's very likely a pre-production prototype from TDL. This came from the estate of one of their early employees, a personal friend of Roger Amidon. All of the socketed ICs have been removed. There's corrosion from poor storage. After washing off a thick layer of dust and grime, a barely-readable label showed itself, with a note about broken plated holes and initialed RWA (likely Roger W. Amidon). There are some cut traces on the back, which isn't something you see on production ZPUs, so either this one was a prototype or being used for an experiment.

It's probably fixable, but it'll take a lot of effort!
