Why not just add a second HD? They're cheap and it will be much less work.

I'll try and open up the case tomorrow and get an exact count on whats there - but what you say sounds logical

80MB is the most it can access.
Back in the day I had an HP Pavilion 6465 that had a socket 370 Celeron (433Mz IIRC) a 9Gb hard drive, and 96Mb of ram. Nice little system.

    CW:

It's weird but I'm working on a Soyo 386/486 mobo right now that has oddball RAM configurations. The mobo has 4 slots for 30-pin RAM and 2 slots for 72-pin RAM. There are also 2 sets of jumpers for two completely different RAM setups:

    80 MB - Config #1
    Bank (0) 30-pin (4) 4M x 9
    Bank (1) 72-pin (1) 16M x 36
    Bank (2) - None

    80 MB - Config #2
    Bank (0) 30-pin (1) 4M x 36
    Bank (1) 72-pin (1) 16M x 36
    Bank (2) None

Anything goes between 1 MB & 128 MB.
