    Default Xerox Information Processor

Looks like an evolution or variation of the Alto.

Quite a rare beast, hope it finds a good home.

Upon further research it is a dedicated word processor that’s runs the WYSIWYG word processor from the Alto (BravoX) complete with a GUI and pointing device built into the keyboard.

Hard to believe this exists, but I guess there was a time when a dedicated word processor would have sold better than a general purpose workstation like the Alto.

Yeah, usually, you'll find this referenced as the "Xerox 860".

Back in 2010, there was a free offer of one q.v.
