I suspect this is a Ringlock connector (https://www.ittcannon.com/products/t...ringlock-(tr)/).

We use these a lot at work.

I would suspect that it isn't a power lead - but the signal lead.

We use these because they are pretty robust. We don't use them on rack mounted equipment (they tend not to be moved that much) - but we use them on mobile equipment with 'gorillas' - so robust is good!

that is only the display tube. all of the actual display electronics are in the card cage that is missing which contains all of the
actual terminal, which is normally in the base that the tube sits on
