Default Epson HMD-720 MFM ST506 drive - any idea what machines used them ?

So I just found this drive in a storage box and have no idea where I got it from.

The only ST506 interface equipped machine I have is my recently acquired Superbrain and its not from that....

Anyone know what machines they were fitted to ?

As an aside - I'm actually waiting for an ST506 ISA interface card ti arrive from Ebay so I can attempt to clone what might actually be on my Superbrain drive. When that card arrives, I'll try and see what, if anything, is on this drive.

This particular drives spindle was stuck and wouldn't spin up under power so I made an executive decision flipped open the cover to free it up and now it spins up under power just fine without any worrying sounds to make me think I have ruined it in the process.

Things that can go bad during such surgery are.
    1. Smoke from some smoker entering the enclosure.
    2. Sticky organics, such as dander.
    3. Turning the spindle backwards will damage the surface.

Most lint and dust will end in the particle filter, being to large to get under the heads.

The Epson Equity included that model drive. There was some add-ons for the Amiga that used the Epson drive.

    Amiga ?
Ah, I wonder if it came with an old Amiga A2090 card I have lying around somewhere.....

I guess I'll found out when I get it connected up - if it still works.

    Thanks
