Hi guys, I heard y'all might be able to help me out here.
I recently bought myself an HP Internet Advisor (model J2301B) to mess around with, and it's been working like a charm.
However, this morning i turned it on, aand... nothing.
The backlight kicked in, but there was no display on the screen.
I plugged in an external monitor, and it did work, and booted up perfectly.
I took a look at the inside of the LCD (some sharp model), and re-seated the large video connector, to no avail.
There were no leaking caps either, as far as I could see.
I've also checked the user guide it came with, but there was only software support in it.
Do any of you think it's saveable other than buying another exact LCD?
