Default opti 82c861 USB adapter driver please help.

    Hello,
I found a USB 1.1 adapter with the ship opti 82c861,

I plugged it on my 486DX4 computer running Windows 95 OSR2, when I boot the system windows tells that it founds a PCI to USB card and ready to install it, but I could not find a working driver, I found a file named ntkern.vxd that I don't know what is it.
    help please.

Try actually downloading and opening the archive. There are three folders--and the README.TXT file confirms this:

On my Win 95b PC i use this, XUSBSUPP - eXtended USB Supplement for Windows 95 OSR2 , don't know if it will work with your card but might be worth a try, Be sure to follow install instructions if you do try.

Yes I just did it and it doesn't work with the opti card, then I decided to replace the card by a VIA usb2.0 one VT6212L, and installed the usbsupp files and then the drivers and finally it works, only it seems that I have to find drivers for every device I attache to a USB port hhhh

It's been a while since i installed it on my Win95 PC, IIRC for each different USB flash drive i used it asked for the driver, I think i just pointed it to the windows folder or windows/system folder and it found the driver and installed, You only need to do this once for each different USB device, Did you remove all USB devices from control panel before installing, as per the instructions.
