Glad you got the correct top. Looks great.
Also looks like you got the front panel fitted right.
That machine is coming together very sharp!!

Looks like I might have another one I will be working on soon, and I'll probably have more questions then.

Well, now we know what the two different power supplies look like. We should be able to tell you if it was wired correctly.

Front panel still needs work - I got sent a bunch of pillars and screws to fit it properly and the right size LED's that won't press against the perspex to fit at the weekend.

    Hi Zippysticks,
Todd has replied to my parts request. He said that he has a lot going on, that's why it took him some time to reply.

If you are feel feisty, You might replace all the LED's with new from a single batch of new. They all had legs that look to have been bent many times, some legs are longer then others. Also because of their age and placement some are probably brighter/dimmer than others.
    just a thought

    Hi,
If anyone here is biding on the Ebay IMSAI 8080 with the clear plastic lid and one board installed with the yellow LED lit, that board is not included in the auction per the seller when I asked.
He does not state this in the description.
    Just FYI
