This is s****d ad. These Russian guys only order PCBs from Chinese and resell them. You can do it yourself 12 times cheaper including worldwide shipping for example at www.allpcb.com or https://jlcpcb.com/quote. The process is automated via their website.

I sort of agree with this. You can't get 1 cheaper than that, but you can get 5 where each would be cheaper. I've ordered from PCBWay and just did a quick compare with allpcb.com, and even for the $5 / 5 board deal (same as pcbway), you still pay at least $10 for shipping. That's also for a 100x100 or under board, but the Mockingboard is actually bigger than that. 5 of those Mockingboards would be about $25 (I just guessed on aproximate sizes because I was too lazy to go to the garage to measure and using the cheapest post method they have). So, in short, it's great if you have friends, plan to resell, or just need a few of something... but if you just need one, it's not going to be cheaper.

One nice thing with PCBWay over the others is they have a 'shared project' link where you can find a lot of popular boards that someone already uploaded the gerber files and set the other parameters for you, so it really is just a point and click of what you want. Though, doesn't look like anyone uploaded the Mockingboard yet.

Can't vouch for the legitimacy of the chips, but they have them listed on Aliexpress.
