    Default 8032 64K Expansion RAM

    Hello Everyone!
I am working to bring my 64K board back from the dead and need to fins a schematic if that exists anywhere. I can identify many of the components but not all.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This forum has been a tremendous help in getting my 8050 back into operation!

I don’t recall any schematics but I found the following link useful in diagnosing ram issues for this board

    http://www.primrosebank.net/computer...rs_ext_ram.htm

Another link I found useful is

    http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/c...ion/index.html

Thanks AndyG. I have used the ď64k TESTĒ diagnostic program on one board and it reports UC11 as bad. Are there available 4116 ram chips that are compatible? I have another board that needs some components replaced. The rectifier diode at CR2 needs to be replaced but Iím not sure what itís specs are, the only markings I see are N 1.

    Hi

You should be able to find 4116 ram chips on eBay.... I have purchased tms and itt ic’s and they have been ok.

I will check the rectifier diode on my board ... will take a few days.

    Cheers
