Default Wanted: ISA floppy/hard drive controller

Looking for a controller card for a 486 I'm building. It has to be 16 bit isa, no vlb, and preferably tested and working. It would also be a plus if the manual was included or available online

Just curious, were there any other IDE multi-IO boards besides the GSI 32 that used a National PC8477 and supported 4 floppy drives?

I think Glitch might have what I need, I'll keep the thread updated. Just looking for a standard card, as long as it has serial and parallel that's good enough for me, at least on this project
