In looking at the *.IMD files, and creating the *.RAW files, I see only one track of the floppy
with the directory entries. The files appear to be missing.

    Code:
    $imdu ATTP104.IMD ATTP104.RAW /B /E /D > ATTP104.txt
    Code:

I have resurrected a '486 machine and read four of the eight 5.25" AT&T distribution disks I have. I copied all of the files on these disks into folders (MOUSE, MPATCH, HELP, TUTOR) of their own, transferred them to this machine and zipped them into a 7ZIP file named ATTFILES.7z, which has been uploaded to the Incoming folder of Trixter's site by FTP. There is no imaging or streaming involved and I used XCOPY *.* /S /V so everything should be there.

The other AT&T disks I have are STARTUP, OPERATNG, SUPLMENT and CUSTTEST, all of which I believe Trixter already has. But as long as I have the '486 out I can copy anything else anyone is looking for.

This is the first machine I built for myself: A BIOSTAR VLB board with a CYRIX 486-DX2 proc, Paradise VGA card, 3 Ser. + 1 Par. ports, 1.4 and 1.2 Mb floppy drives, 3+ MB extended memory plus an Adaptec 1522 SCSI controller driving a Yamaha RW CD, a Bernoulli 150 and a 90 Mb ZIP disk. Compaq keyboard. DOS 6.2 & Win 3.11. Has to be nearly 30 years old but still runs, I'm pleased to say. A survivor (unlike my AT&Ts).

Many thanks! Moved to the public section of the FTP site.

I'm concerned about the SCP images. If the Hx* tools can't translate the SCP images to raw or imagedisk properly, then are the SCP images useful? Worse, how can they be verified if nothing can read/interpret them?

Edit: I answered my own question: The SCP images themselves appear to be invalid:

    Code:
File type : SCP_FLUX_STREAM - SCP Stream Loader
Floppy interface mode : GENERIC_SHUGART_DD_FLOPPYMODE - Shugart Interface
    Number of Track : 80
    Number of Side : 1
Total Size : 92160 Bytes, Number of sectors : 180
The total size is wrong, most obviously. Also, the image should have been grabbed in double-step 40-track mode, since the sources were DSDD disks -- the extra tracks don't contain anything useful and just throw errors.

I've removed them from the FTP site.
