    They should be connected to the SEL signal on pin 20 on the main board but not 18 on the main board.
    If pin 20 of the EPROM is connected to ground, the EPROM pin 18 should go to the main board pin 20. This reduces the power used.
    Pin 18 of the main board is an address pin. Pin 20 of the main board is the select.
    We need to see data lines with it triggered on D8 pin 20 and display of data pins of D0.
