    ID say the twist isn't tight enough.. and the pink isn't pink enough... Thats the problem for sure.

    Yet it passes all Chinese certifications and approvals!

    Of course, it would be my weird luck that I would plug that in and it would somehow work fine, while another one that looks absolutely perfect would somehow blow up. :P
