    The Tandy 1000 series had several different video systems depending on the model.

    There was Tandy Video (TGA), Tandy Video II (basically the same as TGA plus one extra mode), VGA and Super VGA.

    You want the "Tandy 1000 Technical Reference Manual." Can be found as a PDF in the usual places. TGA specs start on page 45.
