Default WTB full tubes of 1024 x 1 DRAM ICS 18 pin 150NS or faster

I am working on a project where I need at least 32 DRAM ICS. I am looking for 1024 x 1 18 pin 120NS or faster (sorry type on the title I cant edit, needs 120NS or faster!). Such as the following chips for example:
    NEC D421000C-12
    Toshiba TC511000-12
    OKI MSM411000RS-12
    Hitachi HM511000-12

If you dont have 32 and just happen to have some thats fine to. Please contact me. Thanks

Is this for a specific job, or are you looking for 1K*1 generic? Unicorn electronics have 16 pin 1024*1 70ns. Not cheap though.

They don’t have any 18 pin devices though.

    I have a tube with 18 SIEMENS HYB51000A-70 W-GERMANY chips if that's of interest.

    They're like these:

    Aren't these 1Mx1 chips?

Smallest DRAMs I have seen were NS 2Kx1.

I saw the thread title and thought that you were looking for new 1103 DRAMs. My thought was "that's going to be expensive, even if he finds any". (Yes, they're 18 pin)

I've got some Hyundai 1Mx1 DRAMs, but they weren't on your list.

The list was just examples. What is the speed of your Dram chips?

I'd have to look at them and check the datasheet.
