I have an IBM PCJr system that was in storage for about 4 Years. I also have a spare PCJr without the keyboard. When the movers delivered the system I set it up to check everything but I couldn't get anything on the monitor. It was working before the storage company movers packed it up and took it to storage. I can get a display when I have a small LCD connected to the Video output and the PCJr boots to a DOS prompt from a floppy. I can't get anything on the PCJr monitor with either PCJr. The monitor doesn't appear to have any physical damage but the box it was packed in looked like it had been dropped off the truck when it was delivered. The moving company wants me to provide an estimate of repair cost for the monitor but I have not been able to find anyone within a reasonable distance that will even look at a CRT monitor anymore. Any suggestions on repair options?
