Thread: WTB Single IBM Model M keycap for F9 key

  1. Default WTB Single IBM Model M keycap for F9 key

    Hi,

Just need a single F9 keycap, white, for an IBM Model M 1391401. Don't want to spend $10 + shipping on Unicomp's site. Please let me know if you have one! Thanks.

Check Ebay, there are tons of sellers parting out the things and selling individual caps

I did but none of them have the F9 key... and the one that does has it for a different Model M in the wrong color. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-IBM...e/113905046407

I might have one on a parts board. I'll check when I get home Wednesday.

I have a parts board that is missing some keycaps. If RadRacer can't get you one, let me know and I'll look.

Where are you located? I'm in the east. Shipping may be prohibitive if you're in the west.

Is this a typo? Did you mean $10 with shipping? Because the key cap is only like 80 cents plus shipping, not $10 plus shipping.

No, it's not a typo. Minimum $10 orders on Unicomp.

I do have an f9 key you can have for the price of shipping, the ink is bleeding a little unfortunately but maybe that can be cleaned up?
