I had to get tacos. In that vicinity is a Best Buy and Target. I schlepped through both, just so I could say I did. How blah blah blah blase'. I thought I'd literally die from bland boredom. I don't think there's anymore phun left on earth. Well, outside my garrage and bedroom (git your minds out of the gutter). My sole consolation is I have a sub miniature train set on it's way. Replete with grafitied up freight cars (no joke). But no track. Oh how bland and boring.

The most interesting part of your story(aside from the choo choo) was the tacos; and didnt so much as go into detail #1 about them.

I dont do black friday.. Its just as stupid as anyone waiting days in line to buy an iphone. Deals are to be had all year long.. Thinking you will get them on that day is capitalism run amok. I hate shopping and stores and online shoping is a godsend.

I bought a 12mpix Nikon digicam about 8 years ago at a Target bf sale. 100$. It was a Godsend. Bfs used to be a blast, especially when Compusa was still around. I'll take that sort of capitalism over socialist stagnation any day.

I've never even heard of T scale. Is that the ones that run on air? I favor TT, S, HOn30. I love all trains. I bought a batch of 70s O scale Atlas trains earlier this year. If I set up a tree I'll put them underneath. But again no track. Z is small. But so is N. I basically gave the stiff arm to Z sometime ago, after watching a video of a Tenshodo steam engine literally waddling down the track. But then not so long ago I watched a video of a Kato n scale steamer waddling down the track. Both are too small in many respect. I've always had a fascination with Z scale though so I plunked down some cash. TT is king (1:120). The only scale that Americans actually pioneered, commercially anyway.

I was at Taco Bell. I was JUST thinking I'd be better off making vege tacos at home.

No PS5 here. I have a 2 in a box somewhere.

What I sort of miss are the after crassmass sales at Microcenter. A long, long, long, time ago that would be the time you could get a good deal on machines that had been sold and returned. That was way back before computer cases were lit up like crassmass trees 24/7.

Super nintendo was the last console i bought. Pc games were a much better choice.. And im not a gamer much anymore. Im sure you meant as a gift, but i dont buy electronics for kids. They can go raise the money themselves like i did as a kid. Too many irresponsible lazy kids out there im not adding to the numbers.

Tell me bout it Lee. Seems shopping is somehow much much worse because of this years BS. Wife says im becoming a hermit but leaving the house just makes me upset through all of this...stupidity being the order of the day.

By the way taco bell is complete trash when compared to Del Taco.. But i think Vegas may be the farthest east that chain goes.. Cheaper food much better quality. After a night of drinking when i wasnt on duty in the NAVY.. Del Taco! Ya know when i was younger and my digestive system still worked well.
