Ok, no takers....

Getting a little more specific the - how about the grey break key for this terminal ?
Or any other grey Futaba MD series or doubleshot keycap (ideally with 'break written on it) that might match the one shown in this photo ?

I have double-shot gray keycaps for my keyboard project. Each set has spare keys to cover different keyboard variants. You can see the set in this post .

Since the Apple II keyboards don't use the BREAK key, I am pretty sure I can find a loose one to send you.

These keycaps are designed for the Cherry MX keys, but they fit futaba MD4-PCS keys quite nicely, if you apply a little pressure. They keycap profile is SA, row 3 (symmetrical shpherical top). Hopefully the profile will be similar to the originals. The gray might not be the same shade as the originals.
