Ok, as long as I'm in here, anyone good with vintage scrolling pixel boards?

This thing is about 32 inches long, was made by One-Up, the model is a PEMS-5001, scrolls horizontally and has a detachable SBC with keyboard that looks a hell of a lot like an Apple I. It's not, but, I almost had heart failure when I saw it.

One-Up was based out of Santa Ana, CA and from the dates on the components, it's mid-70s or so.

It works (bad driver transistor in the display) but, I don't know how to work it. Anyone?
