Some of this might be too new for the "vintage" cutline, yell at me if it is. (The stuff from 1995 on is what I'm shaky on, although the PC Server 500 does use a motherboard that is used by some late 486 PS/2 9595s, and the original RiscPC came out in 1994 and is designed to run a 486 as a second processor...)

Chronological order based on approximate release date.

1983 Hacker //e (weird unenhanced //e clone)
1984 Apple //c ROM 255 (dead, and I don't mind scavenging parts from it, but I'm never getting rid of it, as it's my first computer)
1984 Apple //c ROM 0 (dead, but fixing it)
1989 Apple IIGS ROM 3 (x2 - one very flaky)
1994 RDI PowerLite PL640-1024-32 (x3 - two dead (well, two were PL640-680-32, but that's just the HDD size that's different) for parts)
1995 IBM PC Server 500 System/390 (should be getting here today or tomorrow)
1996 Sun Ultra 1 200E Creator3D
1997 Apple eMate (x2 - one dead for parts, one with the memory expansion)
1997 Acorn RiscPC StrongARM 233

The ones I use? The ROM 0 //c will be used once it's brought back from the dead, the IIGS runs 24/7 (it looks like I'll FINALLY have an accelerator today, so it'll be more useful,) I plan on learning VM (and depending on how much RAM it has, maybe other mainframe OSes) and then offering VM shell accounts from the mainframe, the eMate is a secondary PDA and eBook reader, and the RiscPC serves as a nice low-power music player that I can stick off in a corner.
