Title pretty much spells it out. I have probably 3-4 of these systems I need to sell. I want to know what I can do to ship them without damaging the keyboard.

I'm honestly thinking of removing the keyboard in its entirety and ship it separately. That REALLY seems extreme, right?

the systems I'm dealing with are at the bottom of this album: https://imgur.com/a/81wCm

I don't know why you'd want to do that. Assuming the box doesn't conform to the wedge shape of the computer case, the keyboard almost can't be damaged unless the box is compromised.

When I've shipped them, of course I haven't seen how they arrive, but I densely pack the box so that the computer can't move and then loosely pack above the keyboard, which even that probably isn't necessary.

I know i'm being a bit overboard. I was also thinking of getting a cookie sheet to cover the keyboard. Also overkill and likely to do more damage than good.
