Need help updating my MBP2018

I did Command-R and erased everything and then tried to reinstall the MacOS and it’s installing High Sierra so I did Command-Option-R it did some kind of loading but again it’s installing HS. I want clean installation on Mojave so I won’t have to carry 2 OS while only using Mojave’s. thanks.

Make sure there is enough space to download and install an update. If not, you may see error messages. To see if your computer has enough room to store the update, go to the Apple menu > About This Mac and click the Storage tap. Make sure that you have an Internet connection to update your Mac.

In recovery, Apple will download and install whatever the macbook was shipped with. You'll need to create a USB boot stick if you want clean install a particular version. See the instructions on Apple's website.
