Photo uploads broken?

So I've been trying now for awhile to make a post with a photo in it. Problem is Everytime I try to upload it just gives me a "you do not have permission" error. Any ideas as to what this problem is caused by?

Problems I ran into uploading images in the past:

- Before I knew about "Remember me" checkbox I took too long to finish my message with image attached. Instead of stating I was logged out, I got a cryptic message (may have been no permission, don't remember)

- My image sizes were over the 250K limit imposed before I knew it existed.

Unfortunately I know neither of these are the problem.

Seems to work for me right now.

Just a couple more thoughts, make sure the image you are uploading is in a standard, common format, usually JPG or PNG. Also try to keep file names just letters, numbers, and spaces.
