Micro$oft have just been found guilty in the Eu of unfair practices and fined about $500,000,000.

Of course they are going to appeal.

Perhaps it should go back into the
worlderness societies, cause a heck of a
lot needs to be done to bring back more
bush! $500,000,000 would go a long way
there.

Yup I expect income for about 1/2 a day!

If the appeal loses they'll have to sell copies of Windows without the media player along side those with it. BIG DEAL! Like we care!

The other side though is the monopoly part of the case. They will have to 'disclose information about windows to rivals'.

Hmm, I bet they'll ask for some small admin fee, you know just to cover materials. And they'll call it a 'program'. Hmm don't they do that already????
