Hi Everyone,

I'm afraid no-one here listens to Politicans. They say one thing & do
another! :-(

As a result, our local premier for Victoria, Australia Mr. Bracks wants
to put in this freeway (basically a motorway depending on the
country you're from) with a toll. Originally he said there will be
no tolls enforced on this freeway (or whatever!).

As a result he cannot go back on his word because he signed a
contract with the Prime Minister agreeing to the condition that
there will be no fees enforced! :)

This is what the opposition leader said in the first place durning
election time & did anyone in Victoria vote for him? No! :-(

*ranting mode no*

But there's just so many rich b*ggers out there, they simply
don't care (about the tolls or about anything which simply
doesn't worry them, like the environment).

*ranting mode off*

But either way the ranting is true! :-(

Oh Erik, I'm not sure if this belongs in the Jokes column or the
Political Discussion, I just thought it was on topic! Sorry! :-(

But sure if anyone wants to discuss how the Politican's work
in their area, feel free to reply here! :)

Regards.

I agree with you CP/M user about Politicians saying one thing and doing
another.Always promises.
I never discuss politics with all the people that I like on a computer message board.I feel that it is kind of like discussing politics at a workplace-A big No No(Unless the Boss agrees with you and gives you a big raise in pay).
I know that current computer users have a P.C. compatable versus Macintosh group of politic. However I love ALL computers even the Analog,Geared or Relay type.

Oh okay. You don't discuss politics at the workplace
(unless your boss starts yacking on about it).
1) It's borning &
2) You could get the sack.

However when discussing politics when working
for a group who protests against them & the
council should be fine!

I just posted it to just start some humor about it.

The Abacus & the Human Brain? (they can also
be types of computers).

Cheers.
