Hi, few months ago I obtained Osborne Executive and after powered it on I noticed that the display is floating. Today I powered it on again and the display is still floating, but not that much as few months ago, however it is noticeable. I attach quick video:

Do you what could be the cause? Perhaps some old capacitors?
And second question by the way, unlike Osborne 1, Osborne Executive has a fan that is quite noisy. I know it's an improvement, however perhaps there is a way to make it less annoying? Maybe passive cooling with big radiators?
