Just picked up one of these off of ebay.

While it boots from the ROM disk fine, if I try to boot from the Kitty Hawk drive, it hangs. Says it's installing the IDE drive and goes off into bitstream heaven.

Does anyone know where I can find utilities and/or directions on disassembly to replace the drive?

Does anyone have any experience with this particular unit?

would something like spinrite work? Do you think it's a hard drive problem or controller?
