I just got one of these off of eBay, mainly because I've always wanted something similar to a TRS-80 Model 100. It has been extended to 128k, which is apparently the most it can have.

Anyone have anymore info on it? I can't find much.

Apparently you can hook it to a PC for data transfer or directly to a printer for printout, but the pinout uses a proprietary cable that I don't know if it comes with...

Just got it today, very cool little machine. Too bad I lack the cable to connect it to a PC or printer. I've seen wiring diagrams for it, but I don't know where I would find this kind of connector.

They're absolutely standard "D" type. Only thing to watch out for is that the most common 15 way D connector now is the VGA one which has 3 rows, more closely spaced than the 2 row one you need.

Ah, so one like this?:

If I were to get normal Parallel port to Printer adapter (Such as this one: http://www.amazon.com/Belkin-F2A036-10-Standard-Parallel-Printer/dp/B00000JDF7/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1259019770&sr=1-11 and trim off the part that connects to the printer, would I be able to just match up the cables? I found a picture that might help me make it:

Just match up the wires and it will be good, right?

Wait a second...

Isn't DA-15 the exact same output as an old Gameport? Could I just get a Gameport to USB adapter?

Oh, and I think I need drivers for this thing to transfer data...

In that case, you'd better review exactly what the adapter does, i.e. which pins it assigns to the USB. Most definitely some chip or other electronics are hidden within the adapter.
