Hey guys
I'm a newbie here, just getting into collecting old computers, though I've been fascinated with them for a while.
I found an Amstrad Notepad NC100 not too long ago, and on powering it up was disappointed to find that the right hand side of the LCD was entirely blacked out, and the left hand side was whited out save for two pixels near the blacked-out portion.
Is this a known problem amongst these units? If so, is there a known repair procedure that I can pull off at home?
I'm not afraid of soldering.
Thanks,
-- Horst.
