I recently sold one of these on fleabay. Due to not having any PCMCIA RAM Cards, I wasn't able to test the PC card slots.

Well, the buyer dropped me a line today saying he couldn't get a 32Mb PCMCIA card to be recognized.

I was wondering is there a max K RAM size that is recognized by this little machine? It's running DOS 5.0 and the cpu is a V30.

I did a google search and couldn't find anything mentioning that, but for some reason 4-8 Mb pops up in my memory.

Thanks,

Curtis

Curtis - If your customer is unhappy I'd love to put one to work.

Promise not to bitch about the memory partitions...

Curtis - I just bought two 8 MB SRAMs for my Zeos PPC. The guy
selling them was careful to explain that though they are marked 6
MB, they are indeed 8 MB SRAMs - Li battery, WP switch, etc.

They showed up today. One is an 8 MB card, the other - 24 MB.

I did'nt know SRAMs got that big - It seems to work fine in the Z.
