And if there is no MS-DOS (floppy) in it says :

Non-system disk or disk error
Replace and press ane key whaen ready

By the way, i'm sorry for my mistakes. I am russian and sometimes pathetic in english.

No worries. Som of us native english speakers aren't all that great at it, either. :)
As was mentioned, a boot floppy, and a setup program for the BIOS. It should have a hard drive in it, but the CMOS battery has undoubtedly lost power, so it needs to have the parameters re-entered.
The setup prog for the T3200 can be found here:

Edit:
As MikeS points out below, I grabbed the wrong file, it should be this one:

Thanks, I think you're right. The filenames and descriptions line up funny in my browser, they're here, you'll see what I mean.

I know what you mean ;-) If you import the page into something like Excel it will line up properly.

Lots o' good stuff there; I downloaded it long ago in case it disappears tomorrow.

My 3100 and 3200 both use TEST3; I don't think they used a different setup, but there were both EGA and VGA versions of the 3200 AFAIK.
