With this info, I was able to get into the BIOS (Ctrl-Alt-Ins) and set the HD to Type 3.
The drive itself seemed 'stuck' until I gave it a real hard slap on the side.
It now boots, shows a 30MB C: drive and an 11MB D: drive, created 28th February 1991.
More questions.....
Should I leave this running for a bit to help with the sticking HD?
What drive type is likely to be correct to avoid disk corruption?
