Backup and standby batteries for ibm ps/2 l40 sx

Hi Does anyone know where I might be able to get these batteries please?

I forget which is which, but the bigger round/barrel shaped battery is just a 3v Lithium battery and you can get them fairly easily. That one powers the CMOS chip and is required.

The other battery keeps the memory "warm" when you are in power saving mode. I suspect that one is rechargeable and is harder to find.

Most seem to be rated nominally 3.6V. Does the battery have to be exactly 3V?
