Kaypro II Keyboard

Hi everybody,
I was wondering if an original Macintosh keyboard could be used with a Kaypro II? The machine I have didnt come with a keyboard and I need something to test it with in a pinch.

No. You should be able to verify operation of the Kaypro II without a keyboard. The hard part is getting a boot disk, if you haven't one already.

Thanks for the quick response. I have verified the kaypro is in working order. Do you know were I can get a keyboard for Cheap?

Is there a lower cost keyboard that is compatible with the Kaypro 2? I might consider modifying a PS/2 or terminal keyboard if it needs to be done. I am not concerned about looks, I just want to be able to type with it.
