[REQUEST] Palm OS 4 SDK for Web Clipping Applications

Hello Vintage Computing Friends,

I have got a brand new out of the box Palm m515 which of course needed a new battery. Mobile Internet Kit and all the stuff is perfectly installed. I also got it to connect to the Network through a Windows 2000 Server and some Softick PPP. Further I got to build some smaller Application with CodeWarrior for Palm OS.

However I am looking for any information related to Palms Web Clipping Proxy (proxy.palm.net in 2002) and the "Web Clipping Application Builder" that was part of the Palm OS SDK 4.

Does anyone have the Palm OS 4 SDK and/ or the Web Clipping Application Builder for Windows?
Does anyone have any technical documentation on how the Palm Web Clipping Proxy Software worked?

Spending hours of browsing the Web of back in the days, I finally found the Web Clipping Applicaton Builder on archive.org:

Still looking for any in-depth documentation of the Palm Web Clipping Proxy, especially the ECC implementation and the protocol specification.
