I found one of these lying around the store, but it's not booting. The orange light comes on, but nothing else happens. Where should I start? Thanks!

Verify the contrast/brightness isn't turned all the way down?
I have not touched on in 20 years but I recall they should at least display for no bootable disk if you leave nothing in the drives and tap ENTER.

Yeah, I've mess with the brightness and contrast a bunch and nothing seems to happen. No raster, but no beeps from the machine either if I hit a key or something...
