Tandy 3900 Laptop

So I picked up this Tandy 3900 from Goodwill recently, but I can't seem to find any information on it anywhere. I was wondering if any of y'all might be able to shed some light on this mysterious machine. All I've got is the specs.

120MB hard drive
CX486SLC @ 25MHz
4MB RAM
